General Play
- All league play is 9 holes, played every Tuesday evening
- Players must tee off by their designated time
- If a player cannot play, they must notify there match partner by noon Tuesday
- All USGA rules apply unless modified by league rules
Handicaps
- Handicaps are calculated using the player's 10 most recent scores
- New players are given an initial handicap by the commissioner
- Handicaps are updated at the start of each new season and each week as scores are calculated
- The difference in handicaps determines stroke allocation
- Maximum handicap is 36 strokes
Scoring & Points
- Weekly matches are head-to-head against your scheduled opponent
- Win = 1 point, Tie = 0.5 points, Loss = 0 points
- RAYTOM (Rotating Annual Year Tournament of Members) points are tracked separately
- Season champion has most points at season end
Schedule & Matchups
- Each player faces every other player at least once per season
- Schedule is generated before the season begins
- Rescheduled games must be played before season end
- If an odd number of players, a BLIND player is added
Weather & Cancellations
- The commissioner decides on weather-related cancellations
- Decision is made by 4:00 PM on game day
- Rained-out weeks still count toward the schedule
- Both players receive a "tie" (0.5 pts each) for rained-out matches
- Players will be notified via the league website and Whatsapp
Conduct & Etiquette
- All players must observe proper golf course etiquette
- Cell phones should be on silent during play
- Replace divots and repair ball marks on greens
- Keep pace of play โ no more than 2.5 hours per round
- Unsportsmanlike conduct may result in penalty or disqualification
Stroke Play Rules
- Stroke differences between players determine who gives/receives strokes
- Example: HCP 14 vs HCP 8 โ HCP 14 player receives 6 strokes
- Strokes are applied to the most difficult holes first (per scorecard)
- Net score is used for head-to-head comparison
- Ties go to the player with the lower gross score
Dues & Fees
- Weekly green fees are paid directly to the course
- League dues collected at season start
- Season prizes awarded at year-end banquet
- Low gross and low net prizes awarded weekly
